Convenience meets quality in our Premium range of Sachets
In manufacturing our sachets, we have carefully selected our packaging materials to maintain a high level of quality, from production line to plate. For instance, we use a high quality LDPE/PET laminate material for our tomato and vinegar sachets to reduce the risk of leakage along the supply chain.
We have also selected a premium polycoated paper for our sugar sachet sticks. These are easier to open when compared to plastic sachets and are therefore more convenient for the end user.
Living up to our Mr. Sachet Promise, we use the same high quality tomato sauce for our sachets, no matter whether they are from our “value” or “premium” range. This is because we value our clients and their customers and we believe that consistent and good quality is the key to sustaining these partnerships for many years to come.

Customized Sachets
Mr Sachet custom packs liquid and granular products for clients, offering a range of packaging options and sizes. We pack according to clients’ instructions and can also create custom branding for large-scale orders. Smaller-scale packing can also be done, and we achieve this with material stocks on hand (such as unprinted white or clear laminates, or polycoated paper).
Every job requires a unique approach and ultimately the cost of toll packing any product depends largely on the volume and size of the sachet, the achievable production rate and the scale of demand
